Three Chain Catalyst, LLC (“TCC,” “we,” “us”) is an operations consulting firm based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, serving clients nationwide. This policy explains what information we collect through threechaincatalyst.com and in the course of our business conversations, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you use the form on our site, we collect what you enter: name, work email, company, topic, your message, and, if you choose to provide it, a mobile phone number and whether you checked the optional text-message consent box.
- Meeting booking. When you book a working session, our scheduling tool (Microsoft Bookings / Outlook) collects your name, email, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.
- Website analytics and visitor tracking. We may use Apollo.io’s website visitor tracking to understand how our site is used. It uses cookies or similar technology to record pages visited, time on site, referring site, browser and device information, and IP address, and may match the visit to company-level or business-contact information that Apollo holds.
- Business correspondence. Information you share with us by email, phone, text message, or in meetings, including your phone number if you give it to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold meetings, and carry out work you engage us for.
- To follow up about our services in one-to-one business conversations, by email, phone, or, where you have agreed, text message.
- To keep records of our conversations and your contact preferences (including text-message consent and opt-outs) in our customer relationship management system (Apollo.io).
- To understand which content is useful and improve our website.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business — for example our website host (Netlify, which also processes form submissions), Microsoft (email and scheduling), Apollo.io (CRM and visitor tracking), and our business phone and texting provider (Quo) — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, our SMS Terms apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of doing business with us.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by email, by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us in any conversation.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, including keeping records of opt-out requests. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your requests
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
